ACTO Eskwela provides scholarship grants to indigent but well-deserving students from Elementary School through College.​

ACTO launched its education program, ACTO Eskwela, in June 2024 because of its belief that education is the foundation of a child's path to self-respect and self-reliance, as well as its critical role in addressing poverty-related concerns.

ACTO Kalusugan offers services aimed at enhancing the well-being of children and adolescents, as well as providing parents and schools with training on proper childcare and nutrition.

The program offers complimentary medical consultation. Free medical care, treatments, and medication are provided to children and to other qualified patients needing this service.

In addition, the program provides nutritious meals through a school feeding program and offers nutrition education seminars for moms and volunteers to implement in their own homes.
